Poor Image
Poor Image is the Bay Area-based band made up of Reid Devereaux, Nick Ferguson, Keenan Lewis, Declan Lewis, Patrick Madden, Tammer Bagdasarian, and Nick Ross. This summer, the seven-piece toured with Dutch Interior and also released some of our favorite singles of the year (if you scroll through the Perfectly Imperfect IG or stop by our office, you’ll hear a few Poor Image tracks playing). Their beautifully distorted, genre-blending self-titled debut album arrived on October 10. Produced by Conner Reeves (of Dutch Interior), co-produced and mixed by Reid Devereaux (of Poor Image), and mastered by De Stevens (of School Fair), the record makes clear what we already felt: Poor Image are ones to watch —Perfectly Imperfect
Christopher Emond
Raised in San Jose, California, singer-songwriter and producer Christopher Emond released projects experimenting with off-kilter electronic music and lo-fi acoustic rock under various pseudonyms, before emerging from Brooklyn’s DIY’s with his 2025 debut Music from Clocks. The album is out now on his Orange Label Records imprint Crane Operator. Perfectly Imperfect lauds, “Probably the album I sent around the most this year […] immediate and significant. Kicka** electronic interludes throughout the record.”
